|Sierra Nevada Glissade Golden Bock|
|A remarkably mellow take on the traditional spring bock. With restrained sweetness, we emphasize subtle malt flavor, balanced against delicate aromas of spicy and floral European hops. This complex balance helps Glissade slide across the palate—bracing us against the last cold nights of winter, while its bright golden color turns our thoughts toward spring. ABV 6.4%

2010 Date on bottle.
From a 12 oz. bottle this one poured a pretty clear golden color with a huge fluffy white head that left some lacing in my glass. Smell is very faint, maybe some malts and a little bit of hops. Mouthfeel is medium to light with little carbonation. Taste is very light, with some malts and hops but on the mellow and weak side. It has a somewhat bitter finish. Overall, this is a good refreshing bock. I was expecting more flavor, but this is a very enjoyable brew if you're looking for something that isn't overpowering and light. I would drink this in the Spring and Summer and pair with boiled crawfish.
I give this one 3 stars, Very Fine.
