| Review | Dos Equis Ambar has a thick, off-white, and frothy head. The appearance is a pretty and very clear amber color. Carbonation is moderate to high with minimal lacing. Aroma is a malty and bready smell, which is quite appetizing. The taste is a rich, big flavor, as per the corporate description. One can find here a mild and pleasant blend of barley and hops; a very good balance. Mouth-feel is light and watery, and Dos Equis Ambar finishes crisp and refreshing, but more wet than dry. I really enjoyed this with my steak fajitas. I would most certainly have this again. I rate it 3 stars (very fine). VIDEO REVIEW: -Website Link- |
