| Review | Death Valley Pale Ale has a thin, off-white to beige head and a cloudy, amber appearance. Carbonation is fairly low. The aroma is of citrus (apricot?) and water. Taste is mild, but there is a sharp hoppiness to the back-taste. A little barley can be picked up, but mostly this ale is watery and has a light mouth-feel. Death Valley Pale Ale finishes decently refreshing. Overall, this ale, even with the nice hop aspect, is too watery for a pale ale. I rate it 2.5 stars (fine). VIDEO REVIEW: -Website Link- |
