|Cantillon Zwanze 2010 Blanche de Quenast BHV|
|A Sour Ale/Wild Ale, Brewed by Cantillon, Brussels, Belgium. 4% Abv. How will a high fermentation beer ferment in the environment of a Lambic brewery where wild yeasts pervail? This old style white beer give you the answer. Ingredients: malt(60%), wheat(35%), oats(5%), hop (exact wording on bottle)
|Review||From draft, of hazy pale yellow color with a thin off white head. Aroma of malts and fruits, lemons and grass. Flavors of malts and citrus fruits, lemons, and straw. Low carbonation, light bitterness and sweetness. A very mild brew, easy to drink and refreshing.
