|Moa Noir is a traditionally brewed European style dark lager with an abundance of distinct aromas and flavours. Chocolate and richly roasted coffee beans dominate the senses with a full flavoured palate, giving Moa Noir a long smooth finish. A perfect beer for the changing of seasons. ABV: 5.5% Recommended glass: Tulip/Balloon|

My first. I've had a few other MOA brews and really enjoyed them.
I also interviewed MOA recently if you're interested: -Website Link-

This one opened with a "POP!" and poured a dark brown with some ruby red coming through with the sunlight. It generated a huge creamy tan head and left thick lacing. Smell is strong sweet chocolate, licorice and dark fruits. Is this a lager? Very nice! Entry is a wonderful blend of chocolate, dark roasted coffee and delicate fruits giving way to a thick and malty backbone, finishing surprisingly crisp, hoppy and slightly bitter. Wow, this is one of the most interesting and best tasting lagers I've ever had. Very complex and layered flavors, but not heavy and perfect balance. Very unique. A lager disguised as an Imperial Stout. I think this is World Class and I give it 5 stars, C'est Bon!
