| Review | McSorley's Irish Black Lager has a thin head and a very dark appearance. It has slight carbonation and a mild taste, with just a touch of bitterness. It has a roasted nut aroma and even a under-taste of burnt toast. Mouth feel is smooth and even watery. This is a very easy-drinking lager. I don't detect a high level of alcohol in this product, and the level is not available on the McSorley's website. Overall, I rate this three stars (very fine). It's worth a try.
