4.4% alcohol. 21 IBU. Introduced in 1995. "Our brewers wanted to make a beer that went down easy after a day out on the water. Big Wave Golden Ale is just the ticket. Big Wave is a lighter bodied golden ale with a tropical hop aroma and flavor – a smooth, easy drinking refreshing ale. The use of caramel malt contributes to the golden hue of this beer and our special blend of hops provides bright quenching finish."

8.1% alcohol. 36 IBU. Brewed in Texas. "Named for the scenic ridge that runs between Blanco and Wimberley, Devil's Backbone is a Belgian-style tripel. Czech Saaz hops and Belgian yeast give this ale its distinctive flavor and aroma. Candy sugar made in-house at the brewery adds strength without increasing heaviness. The result is a deceptively strong, pale golden ale."

7% alcohol. Introduced in 2013. Brewed in Texas. " The key to a Black IPA is to artfully balance the aggressive hop flavor and bitter with the roast of the black malt to create a wonderful marriage of the two competing tastes. Icon Blue starts with a big hop nose up front, the result of Centennial and Simcoe additions at end of boil and dry hopping. There is also a roast malt character that starts with the nose and goes all the way through the end. At the finish, the Chinook and Columbus hops kick in to create a lasting bitter. We fermented this beer with our Saint Arnold ale yeast, which contributes an additional complexity. This beer is best served at 45°F to 55°F."

8% alcohol. 55 IBU. Brewed in Texas by Independence Brewing Company. "Convict Hill Oatmeal Stout pours a deep obsidian color with a thick, creamy head. Flaked oats create a rich, creamy body that tempers the bitter roasted barley flavors of this robust, heady ale."
